Redeeming is simple
Every 100 points = AED 10 off your bill — at the front desk, restaurant or bar. Minimum redemption 100 points. Points are valid for 12 months.

Do my points expire?
Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned. We'll email you 30 days before any points expire.
Can I earn at one hotel and redeem at another?
Yes — your points balance is shared across all participating properties in the group.
How do I redeem?
Ask any staff member at the desk, restaurant or bar. You'll receive a 4-digit verification code by email to confirm the redemption, or you can generate a voucher from your online account.
